IT'S NOT WORTH IT: LAY ASIDE EVERY WEIGHT
Beloved, I salute you heartedly in the name of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, who has made it possible to see the dawning of another new year. May this new year cause a new experience with Him in your life in Jesus name, Amen. On this month’s edition, i will be sharing with you on what i titled “LAY ASIDE EVERY WEIGHT.” Hebrews 12:1 says, “Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight...” I will like to bring to our remembrance again that we are not just in the world, but we are in a race. The Bible says in 1st Corinthians 9:24, “Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run that ye may obtain.” In this race, there is a prize. To obtain this prize we must not only run but also be ready to share away weights that hinder us.
