GOD CANNOT LIE
The word of God in scriptures is God speaking to us, but we have to get to a level in our relationship with God that we know that the Bible we carry contains the word of God and we must also realize that whatsoever prophecy or promise written in the Bible is God talking to us. If you believe that the Bible contains the word of God and every word written in it is God talking to us, then you should come to a level of understanding that God cannot lie. Whatever He has said in the Bible or the hearing of your ears, is not possible for Him to fail. In Numbers 23:19 the Bible says, “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?” God doesn’t joke with his words, if he has blessed you, no man can change it.
