Be Led By The Spirit
The Lord met Moses at the back side of the desert and called Him through the burning bush for the sole purpose of setting His people free from the oppression of Pharaoh in Egypt. He said to Moses, that He has come down to deliver the Israelites from the hands of the Egyptians and to bring them up into a good and large land, a land that flows with milk and honey- Exodus 3:8. Moses did not know the land except God. Moses must yield to God to be led into this glorious land described by God. The children of Israel could only enter into that land when they are led by the Spirit of God. As it was for Moses and the Israelites, so it is for us today. There is a land flowing with milk and honey for every one of God’s children, but we must be led by God’s Spirit. The Lord says in Jeremiah 29:11(NIV) thus, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” God has good plans for every one of Hi
