WORK THE WORD part two
The Bibles in 2nd Corinthians 4:7 says that, "...we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us." The treasure is on the inside, not on the outside. "...out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water." John 7:38. Until you tap into that place where the grace is, you may never see it. It is not gotten through wishes, neither is it a gift, it is a working. You have to work it out. That is why the Bible says in Philippians 2:12, "Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling." For those who intend to work it out they swim in grace. 1st Timothy 5:17, "Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine."
