FOOD FOR TEENS: THE SPIRIT OF THE WORD
One of the biggest mistakes we make as believers is to think that the word of God can work in isolation, and we also maybe subconsciously believe that prayer works outside the word but the truth is both the word of God and the Spirit of God released in the place of prayer must always work together to produce result. Genesis 1:2-3, "And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light." The first thing that happened before God spoke was that the Spirit of God moved. Even Jesus Christ, the living Word of God did not start is earthly ministry until He was baptized with the Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost is the Spirit of the Word of God, it is the power behind the Word of God.
