WORK THE WORD part two

The Bibles in 2nd Corinthians 4:7 says that, "...we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us." The treasure is on the inside, not on the outside. "...out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water." John 7:38. Until you tap into that place where the grace is, you may never see it. It is not gotten through wishes, neither is it a gift, it is a working. You have to work it out. That is why the Bible says in Philippians 2:12, "Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling." For those who intend to work it out they swim in grace.

1st Timothy 5:17, "Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine." The reason many Christians are worldly, blind and not knowing what to do is because they don't know the word of God for themselves. To know the word for yourself, you must study, "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth" 2nd Timothy 2:15. Until you study you will never come out of the rut. You must know the word for yourself. A lot of things you ought to know as a believer are hidden in books, until you are a man that studies, you will never know, scripture says, "In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books..." Daniel 9:2. A lot of believers stop at the hearing level when they come to church to receive the word, what you came to receive is only the stepping stone to your greatness. You must dig deep into it so it can get into your spirit before manifestations takes place to change your life. Without the word there is no miracle.

Many are living in ignorance despite all the precious gifts God had given them; they can't access them because they are blind, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge..." Hosea 4:6, "Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst." Isaiah 5:13. Study illuminates and brings light to you. It creates a change in your life. Psalm 107:20, "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions." It is the word that delivers you. Take a look at Jacob who was a thief and a supplanter, the word of God turned his life around, "The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel." Isaiah 9:8. One word (revelation) from God can change your life forever. Anything God wants to do, He does by His word. You must dig deep and search it out for yourself. "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth" 2nd Timothy 2:15. 

Everything you ever need in life and godliness are embedded in scriptures. Search it out, until you do, you will not find it. If you will ever make any thing good in life, you must fight the good fight of faith, you must war a good warfare using the word of God but you must search it out, until you do nothing changes.
