THE LORD WILL RESTORE YOUR WASTED YEARS

Hello dearly beloved, I bring you greeting in the matchless name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I want to admonish you on what I titled "THE LORD WILL RESTORE YOUR WASTED YEARS."

If you ever picked up this article to read it, then it is you God is talking to. This is not just a regular sermon but a message from God to you. The Lord will have me tell you this, "I will restore all your wasted years. I will bring back to you all that the enemy stole from you."

Sometimes we find ourselves in trials and tribulations that seem to waste and eat up most part of our time and energy. We put in time and energy to have things work for our good yet it goes the other way. It just looks like things aren't happening the way we desire them to, yet we are not getting any younger. Time seems not to be on our side if you are not careful you want to compromise, you want to make things happen for you by your own strength and wisdom.

The question you should ask yourself is, who owns time? Who created time? Is time subject to God or God to time, certainly you know the answer. If God is the creator of time then He knows how to make time work for your good. In my study of the Bible, I discovered that God is never in a hurry. Never hasty at what He does, yet He is always on time, never late. Hence He said in Isaiah 28:16, "...he that believeth shall not make haste."

If you are the type that sometimes compare yourself with others, you may discover that the outcome seems not to be too encouraging. It may seem like many people are ahead of you and you are barely at the bottom rung of the ladder of success. Don't despair child of God, your Father has not forgotten you, He is on your case if you only believe and hold on. You may even be wondering why your own marriage isn't working while your friends and relatives seem to be enjoying theirs. Some other persons ordeal may be their business, finance or health. Beloved, don't give up, don't throw in the towel, your redemption is closer than you can imagine.

Consider Joseph and all the time he spent in jail for a crime he never committed. It looked like his dream was never going to come to pass, but was God faithful? God does not function by man's time, He has His own. Ecclesiastes 3:11 says thus, "He hath made everything beautiful in his time..." There is a set time for your glory and manifestation but you must trust the Lord and wait for Him. Remember what the Spirit of God says in Psalm 102:13, "Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time is come." Your time will come and all the tears you ever shed will be over.

Your Father will have me tell you this from Joel 2:25-27, "And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the canker worm, and the caterpillar and the palmer worm, And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed. And ye shall know that I am in the midst of you, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed." Whatever you may have lost in life, Whatever the devil may have stolen from you, your Father, the God of restoration shall wipe your tears away and grant you beauty for all your ashes.

James 5:11, "Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the LORD; that the Lord is very pitiful and of tender mercy." "And the Lord turned the captivity of Job,... Then came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that have been of his acquaintance before... and they bemoaned him, and comforted him over all the evil that the LORD had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and everyone an earring of gold. So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning." -- Job 41:10-12.

Remember what the Lord says in Ecclesiastes 7:8, "Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof." Child of God, your end shall be better. You shall laugh last and laugh long. When God finishes His work in you, you will not remember all the troubles you ever went through because the glory will far exceed the sufferings you ever went through. I hear the Spirit of God telling me to be the first to congratulate you. I say congratulations to you child of God because a new dawn is here for you. CONGRATULATIONS! HALLELUJAH!

You are richly blessed, see you next month
