Impetus is the ability to make a change. It’s the force that makes you productive. The higher your impetus or capacity the more result you produce at what you do. There is no individual or nation that can succeed without consistently increasing her capacity. Increasing your impetus adds to the nation because you are creating more ability, you are adding more value to the nation. In whatever you are doing in life make sure you are increasing your impetus from time to time and become much more skillful at what you do.  What makes a lot of people poor is because they never add to their abilities. Inasmuch as people remain the same without understanding and knowledge, they remain poor, they remain small without increase. Habit is a thing you do often and almost without thinking, especially something that is hard to stop. Bad habits are dangerous lifestyles that is almost impossible to stop even though it leads a person closer and closer to his or her death.  Every believer old or young has dealt with or is dealing with one or more bad habits or sin which they need to overcome to become better believers. They want fast food, fast service, fast husbands, fast cars, fast houses etc. And when they don’t get what they want, they get impatient and want somebody to pay for not doing something when they want it to be done. Many people today, even Christians are into the mess they are in because of lack of patience. Some explain how certain people lied, others talked about the consequences of lying. I will like to say lying can be one of the easiest sin to commit. One little sentence leave the lips and all is well again, but it creates more chaos than we could imagine. Ecclesiastes 11:3a, “If the clouds be full of rain, they shall empty themselves upon the earth.” So the rains will never come down until the clouds are full of rain, then they empty themselves. I will like to bring to your awareness what I titled “HYPOCRISY”  Hypocrisy refers to the act of claiming to believe something but acting in a different manner. The word is derived from the greek term for “actor,” Literally, one who wears a mask. In other words, someone who pretends to be what he is not.  The Bible calls hypocrisy a sin, and every sin is not palatable, neither does it have a wonderful ending. There are two forms hypocrisy can take: that of professing to believe in something and then acting in a manner contrary to that belief, and that of looking down on others when we ourselves are flawed.
