THE HEALING HEALTH OF CHRIST

Image
The Bible made us understand that God has a healing health or salvation that brings healing, in the book of Psalm 67:1-2, “God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.” The word 'saving' in the scripture also means healing. If God says that His healing health should be known to all nations, it means that there are other conventional ways of healing through doctors and medicine. God has a healing health that can make us strong when we are weak, that can give our bones marrow, and make us full of vitality when sickness comes. He calls it a healing or saving health in other words it is the salvation that brings healing to us, not just Christians but to everyone who cares to know and believe.      One of the things He wants us to take as responsibility is that this healing health is His desire and wish to be made known to all nations. This mea...

IT'S NOT WORTH IT: DON'T BE A MURDERER

Image
Greetings beloved, I believe you are increasing in the knowledge of God. I will be sharing with you on what I titled ‘Don’t Be A Murderer.’  What comes to mind when murder is mentioned? A lot of persons only see murder as a deliberate and illegal killing of a person, but that is not the only way God sees it. The Bible says, “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." (Isaiah 55:8-9). You can vividly and obviously see that the way God sees things are absolutely different from the way man does. In 1st Samuel 16:7, the Bible says, “But the LORD said unto Samuel, look not on his countenance, not on the height of his stature; because I have refused him for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.”  In the old testament, Judgment and res...

FOOD FOR TEENS: SHEEP & SHEPHERD

Image
One of the most popular chapters in the Bible (if not the most popular) is Psalm 23, as kids we were taught to recite it and declare it over and over again but as I grew older and pondered on this chapter, I discovered that the main theme of this Psalm is often misunderstood, so I would like us to critically analyze it and see the deep wisdom and power behind this Psalm.  Psalm 23:1, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” The kind of Shepherd a sheep has would always determine the amount of supply that sheep is exposed to. Just like the child of a rich father or the child of a poor father would always be directly affected by the wealth/poverty of their parents even so a sheep and his Shepherd. When we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior we declare that the Lord is our Shepherd, we are declaring that the creator of the universe is our Shepherd, the one who made the world and everything that is in it. Jesus declared in John 10:11; "I am the good shepherd: the good s...

REST

Image
Hello beloved, you are welcome to the month of May. I thank the Lord for you; for the manifestation of His word and power in your life. May you abound more and more in His grace and revelation in the name of Jesus Have you discovered that every person Jesus healed on the Sabbath never asked for it? They came just to worship God on the Sabbath day. He never told them to have faith, He never told them to believe, He just healed them. He used His sovereign will to heal them because they were already in faith but they were not aware of it. It was the culture of Jesus to always heal anybody with an infirmity on the Sabbath day. And the Lord spoke to me, He said, ‘If I healed people who were mere servants and not children of God, how much will I heal you, save you, transform you, and provide for you when you ask me because you are my children. If I healed them when they didn’t ask for it, I will heal you too when you ask me because you have a better relationship with me than they ...

IT'S NOT WORTH IT. DON'T GIVE PLACE TO THE DEVIL

Image
Dearly beloved, I welcome you in the name of the Lord Jesus into the first quarter of this year 2020. May the Lord keep you and guide you in all your affairs this month in the name of Jesus. This month I will be sharing with you on what I titled ‘Don’t Give Place to the Devil.’  1st Peter 5:8 says, “Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about seeking whom he may devour.” To be vigilant means to be in high alert. Brethren, the reason for this is because you have and adversary who is bent on destroying you. He won’t think twice to eliminate you if he has the chance to. The Bible says in John 10:10, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy…” Hence the scripture admonishes us in Ephesians 4:27 saying, “Neither give place to the devil.” The devil has the ability to destroy only if you give him a place.  The devil has no place in your life as a believer except the one you permit him to have. I ...

Food For Teens: THE EQUATION OF FAITH

Image
According to Hebrews 11:1a, “Faith is the substance of things hoped for…” Faith is not the things hoped for but faith is the substance of things hoped for. Now, let us put this in proper perspective of how faith works. In the above scripture, there are two important variables that help us activate faith which then produces the result we desire and they are:  1. The things hoped for  2. The substance of things hoped for.  1. The things hoped for comes from us as a people with our respective desires and needs, they are the outcome we desire in every situation. Before we go any further, I would like you to know that your desires as a believer is not lust, a lot of times believers find it difficult to place their hopes and desires before God because the devil always deceives and accuses them of lust.      Lust and desires are two different things, as believers we must understand them so that we can know how to supply this very...

Progressive Revelation

Image
Hello my beloved saints, I wish you a great and prosperous month of April. I believe the Word of God is producing fruits in you as it does in the life of all who put their focus on it. I want to admonish you on what I titled ‘Progressive Revelation.’  Our revelation of Jesus Christ is supposed to be progressive. When we give our hearts to Christ we know little. Like Apostle Paul said, when I was a child, I spake as a child, thought as a child and understood as a child but when I became a man, I put away childish things,” 1st Corinthians 13:11. So it is also for us, we know little when we come to Christ and the little we know we apply, and as we begin to grow in Christ, God begins to show us more things and open our eyes to see more. You will get to a point in your life that you’ll discover that the revelation you use for a particular situation seems not to be working anymore, you need a higher revelation, and you need God to teach you more. In the book of Ephesians 1:1...
