A believer is supposed to move from stage to stage until they get to the final stage of life where Christ wants them get to. Just like a butterfly moves from an egg to a larva and then to pupa before getting to adulthood, even so a believe ought to grow into maturity also.  When the butterfly is in the stage of the caterpillar, you could never imagine that it could turn into something so beautiful as a butterfly even so we are as believers, we start out looking everything but beautiful, we do not possess any special grace but the potential of been a butterfly still resides in us even as caterpillars.  1st Corinthians 2:1-5, “And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. Hello my beloved saints, I welcome you all to the glorious month of December. I know for sure that the Lord has been gracious to you. May God cause you to increase in the revelation of His word and open unto you extraordinary doors of testimonies. As we round off this awesome year and God opening us up to a much more glorious year, 2019, I will like to share with you what I titled “LOVE NOT THE WORLD.”  The apostle John wrote “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.” Why? For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever.” (1st John 2:15-17). A lot of believers have a misconception about God, a very wrong mentality about Him. Many Christians think that God is a harsh and vengeful person who does not tolerate any nonsense, a God of vengeance and judgment. We have not come to understand the Fatherhood of God Luke 11:2 says, “And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, OUR FATHER…” not our master, not our ruler, not our president but OUR FATHER. Until you get to this revelation that God is your Father, your prayers will be hindered. You will not be able to get anything tangible from your prayers. One of the things you must come to understand is this, “GOD IS MY FATHER.”  Get to a point in your life where you know that your Father (God) is alive for you, living and active for you. Continue from last edition….  Your words control your life but it has to be in your heart before it can work from your mouth. Saying it alone is not enough, you’ve got to believe it with your heart according to Romans 10:10, “For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Anybody can speak but only those who believe with their hearts will make it happen.  The more you speak, the more the reality of salvation in you. Hebrews 10:23, “Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised)” When there is no confession, there is no faith. Don’t confess your doubt, keep your mouth shut if you doubt. Confess your faith, and your faith will increase and your believing will be strengthened. I will like to share with you on the message I titled ‘How to Increase your faith.’  There is often a misconception about faith, that faith is only used when there is a problem. Faith is not something you use only when you have challenges. Faith is a life style. In Hebrews 10:38, the bible says, “Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.” Just the way you breathe in air everyday that’s how much you need your faith every day. Everything you do in life must be by the living faith of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. As long as you are on this earth, you must work and live by faith – 2nd Corinthians 5:7.  Every man has been given the same measure of faith, God has dealt to everyone the same measure of faith according to the book of Romans 12:3. Impetus is the ability to make a change. It’s the force that makes you productive. The higher your impetus or capacity the more result you produce at what you do. There is no individual or nation that can succeed without consistently increasing her capacity. Increasing your impetus adds to the nation because you are creating more ability, you are adding more value to the nation. In whatever you are doing in life make sure you are increasing your impetus from time to time and become much more skillful at what you do.  What makes a lot of people poor is because they never add to their abilities. Inasmuch as people remain the same without understanding and knowledge, they remain poor, they remain small without increase. Habit is a thing you do often and almost without thinking, especially something that is hard to stop. Bad habits are dangerous lifestyles that is almost impossible to stop even though it leads a person closer and closer to his or her death.  Every believer old or young has dealt with or is dealing with one or more bad habits or sin which they need to overcome to become better believers. They want fast food, fast service, fast husbands, fast cars, fast houses etc. And when they don’t get what they want, they get impatient and want somebody to pay for not doing something when they want it to be done. Many people today, even Christians are into the mess they are in because of lack of patience. I believe the Word of God is producing fruits in you as it does in the life of all who put their focus on it.   Beloved, It is possible for your faith to be corrupted. Hello beloved saints, I welcome you once again to the month of July. May God’s glory be revealed in your life in Jesus name. I will be sharing with you on what I titled “LYING”  All through the Bible, there are scriptures that discuss the topic of lying. Some explain how certain people lied, others talked about the consequences of lying. I will like to say lying can be one of the easiest sin to commit. One little sentence leave the lips and all is well again, but it creates more chaos than we could imagine. Other time you can get away with a little lie (here on earth; not before the throne).  Lying is nothing new. In fact, it is what introduced Adam and Eve to the very first sin. In Genesis 2:16-17 the Bible says, “And the LORD God commanded the man saying, of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: For in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.” But in Genesis 3:1-5

The word is derived from the greek term for “actor,” Literally, one who wears a mask. In other words, someone who pretends to be what he is not.  The Bible calls hypocrisy a sin, and every sin is not palatable, neither does it have a wonderful ending.
